• Client engagement information you provide so we can deliver consulting and systems work.
• Text message programs: if you opt in to one of our SMS programs, your mobile number, the messages you send, and the progress you share so the program can respond to you.

Only to respond to you, deliver the services or programs you asked for, and keep records required to run our business.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate our business, including Microsoft (email), Twilio (text message delivery), and Anthropic (AI tools that help draft program responses). They process information only to provide their services to us.

SMS privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. You can text STOP at any time to stop messages.

We do not sell personal information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
