Text message programs

From time to time we run small, invite-only text message programs. You only receive messages if you opt in, for example by texting START to the program number. Message frequency is described when you join (for example, up to 3 messages per day for 30 days). Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Program content supports personal reflection and is not therapy or medical, legal, or financial advice.
